How We Collect It — monday.com Form
Our contact form is embedded using monday.com, a cloud-based work management platform. When you submit the form, your data is transmitted to and stored within monday.com's infrastructure. monday.com's privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy. We access your submission data through our monday.com workspace to respond to your inquiry.
By submitting the form, you acknowledge that your data will be processed by monday.com as a data sub-processor on our behalf.
How We Use Your Data
Information you submit is used solely for:
- Responding to your inquiry — to get in touch about your project or question
- Scoping and quoting — to understand your needs and prepare a proposal
- Project communication — if you become a client, to manage our working relationship
We will never use your data to send unsolicited marketing emails, sell it to third parties, or share it with advertisers.
Data Retention
We retain inquiry data within our monday.com workspace for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or for the duration of an active client engagement, whichever is longer. After that period, records are archived or deleted unless there is a legal reason to retain them longer.
If you become a client, your project-related data may be retained for up to 5 years for business record-keeping purposes.

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data from our systems
- Withdraw consent for continued communication at any time

Our embedded monday.com form may set session cookies necessary for the form to function. These are technical cookies and do not track you across other websites.
Third-Party Services
The only third-party service that processes personal data on our behalf is monday.com. We use Google Fonts for typography, which involves a connection to Google's servers but does not transmit personal identifiers.
