What data we collect

We collect only the personal data that you voluntarily submit through our website's forms. This may include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if provided
• Your business name and project description
• Any other information you choose to include in your message

We do not collect payment information, social security numbers, or other sensitive personal or financial data through this site.

How we collect it

Three kinds of forms on this site collect data. Our contact form is powered by Web3Forms, which transmits your message to us by email and processes your data on our behalf under its own privacy policy. Our project intake form is embedded from the Marcai operations hub, our own system at hub.marcaiconsulting.com; the details you submit there are stored in that system and are not shared with a third-party form provider. Our free assessments (Brand, Digital, Operations, and AI readiness) run in your browser; when your report appears, your answers, your score, and the business details you entered (business name, industry, size, and any website or email you chose to add) are sent to us through Web3Forms so a partner can review them. Email is optional; if you add one, we use it to send your report and to reply. If you do not, we cannot contact you and only use the submission to understand how the assessments are used.

By submitting the contact form, you acknowledge that your data will be processed by Web3Forms as a data sub-processor on our behalf.

How we use your data

Information you submit is used solely for:

• Responding to your inquiry, to get in touch about your project or question
• Scoping and quoting, to understand your needs and prepare a proposal
• Project communication, if you become a client, to manage our working relationship

We will never use your data to send unsolicited marketing emails, sell it to third parties, or share it with advertisers.

Data retention

We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or for the duration of an active client engagement, whichever is longer. After that period, records are archived or deleted unless there is a legal reason to retain them longer.

If you become a client, your project-related data may be retained for up to 5 years for business record-keeping purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data from our systems
• Withdraw consent for continued communication at any time

Cookies and tracking

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool. It measures aggregate traffic such as page views, referrers, countries, and device types without setting cookies, without tracking you across other websites, and without collecting personal data. We use no advertising pixels. Our contact form submits directly and sets no cookies on this site. The project intake form is embedded from our own operations hub at hub.marcaiconsulting.com.

Third-party services

The third-party service that processes data on our behalf is Web3Forms, for the contact form and the assessment submissions. The project intake form runs on the Marcai operations hub, our own system, rather than a third-party form provider. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also provides privacy-first, cookieless web analytics that measures aggregate traffic without collecting personal data. We use Google Fonts for typography, which involves a connection to Google's servers but does not transmit personal identifiers.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults and business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
