Our commitment

Marcai Consulting is committed to ensuring www.marcaiconsulting.com is accessible to everyone, regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology. We are working toward alignment with WCAG 2.1, Level AA.

Features we have implemented

• Skip-to-content link, a keyboard shortcut at the top of every page
• Semantic HTML5 structure, with proper header, nav, main, section, article, and footer elements
• One H1 per page, with a logical H1 to H2 to H3 heading hierarchy
• Descriptive image alt text; decorative elements use aria-hidden
• Full keyboard navigation, so every interactive element is operable without a mouse
• Visible focus indicators, a gold outline on all focused elements
• ARIA labels and roles on buttons, dialogs, tabs, sliders, and navigation regions
• Reduced-motion support; animation and scroll-reveal are disabled via the prefers-reduced-motion media query
• Responsive design that adapts to all screen sizes and orientations
• Color contrast that meets or exceeds the 4.5:1 ratio for body text
• Dialog focus management; the Marcai Collective dialog uses role="dialog", aria-modal, and keyboard focus trapping

Known limitations

• The project intake form is embedded from our operations hub and is served in a frame. If it does not load, or if you need help completing it, contact us and we will assist you personally.
• We continually test with assistive technologies and refine edge cases. If something does not work for you, please let us know so we can fix it.
